Artist Profile Request and Submission Guidelines
Rapture Clouds — Verified Artist Submission Protocol, Release & Hold Harmless Agreement

1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
A. Rapture Clouds maintains a Verified Artist Submission Protocol (“VASP”) to:
a. Protect artists.
b. Reduce fraud.
c. Prevent impersonation.
d. Discourage spam and malicious submissions.
e. Reduce copyright disputes.
f. Improve platform integrity.
g. Maintain a secure review process for all music, media, livestream, sponsorship, and collaboration submissions.
B. Participation in the submission process is voluntary.
C. Submission of any material constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of:
a. The Rapture Clouds Terms of Service.
b. Privacy Policy.
c. Copyright Policy.
d. All related platform agreements.
2. WHAT “VERIFIED SUBMISSION” MEANS
A “Verified Submission” means a submission that includes sufficient identifying and ownership information for Rapture Clouds to reasonably determine:
a. Artist identity.
b. Ownership claims.
c. Authenticity.
d. Public presence.
e. Lawful submission authority.
B. Verification does not:
a. Guarantee publication.
b. Imply endorsement.
c. Create employment.
d. Guarantee monetization.
e. Transfer ownership.
f. Create partnership rights.
C. Verification is solely an internal platform-review classification.
3. REQUIRED VERIFIED SUBMISSION MATERIALS
Artists, DJs, labels, managers, or contributors should provide the following information.
A. Artist Identity
a. Legal or professional artist name.
b. Country or region.
c. Primary contact email.
d. Optional business entity information.
B. Verified Public Links
At least two verified public references are strongly recommended, including:
a. Spotify profile.
b. Apple Music profile.
c. SoundCloud profile.
d. Bandcamp page.
e. YouTube channel.
f. Mixcloud account.
g. Official website.
h. Verified social media profiles.
i. Recognized DSP links.
These “VERIFIED” links help reduce:
j. Impersonation.
k. Stolen music submissions.
l. Metadata fraud.
m. Copyright disputes.
C. Submission Ownership Confirmation
Submitters represent and warrant that:
a. They own the material.
b. They possess necessary permissions.
c. They possess authority to submit on behalf of rights holders.
D. Media Files
Preferred formats include:
a. WAV.
b. FLAC.
c. AIFF.
d. High-quality MP3.
e. MP4.
f. Approved streaming links.
E. Metadata
Where possible, submissions should include:
a. Track title.
b. Featured artists.
c. Producer credits.
d. Songwriter information.
e. Release date.
f. ISRC codes.
g. Label or publisher information.
h. Social handles.
4. PROHIBITED SUBMISSION METHODS
A. For security reasons, users may not:
a. Submit malicious files.
b. Use deceptive redirects.
c. Submit executable malware.
d. Impersonate artists.
e. Use anonymous credential spoofing.
f. Disguise ownership.
g. Submit stolen content.
h. Manipulate metadata.
i. Use fraudulent webhooks.
j. Use unauthorized automation.
k. Attempt phishing.
l. Engage in social engineering.
B. At our sole discretion “Suspicious submissions” may be:
a. Rejected.
b. Archived.
c. Investigated.
d. Referred to hosting providers, security providers, legal counsel, or lawful authorities where appropriate.
5. CYBERSECURITY & PLATFORM PROTECTION
A. Rapture Clouds actively monitors for:
a. Spam.
b. Scraping.
c. Impersonation.
d. Credential abuse.
e. Malware.
f. Metadata manipulation.
g. Intellectual property theft.
B. Unauthorized activities may violate:
a. Civil law.
b. Criminal law.
c. Intellectual property law.
d. Computer fraud statutes.
e. Cybersecurity regulations.
C. Rapture Clouds reserves the right to:
a. Preserve logs.
b. Investigate incidents.
c. Cooperate with legal authorities.
d. Pursue available remedies.
6. COPYRIGHT & LICENSING RESPONSIBILITY
A. Submitters remain fully responsible for:
a. Samples.
b. Remixes.
c. Stems.
d. Playlist rights.
e. Publishing rights.
f. Master rights.
g. Synchronization permissions.
h. Distribution authority.
B. Rapture Clouds does not guarantee:
a. Copyright immunity.
b. Monetization eligibility.
c. Third-party platform approval.
d. Uninterrupted availability.
7. FAIR USE & COMMENTARY DISCLAIMER
A. Certain broadcasts or editorial content may include:
a. Reviews.
b. Reactions.
c. Commentary.
d. Transformative discussion.
e. Educational references.
f. Satire.
g. Public-domain analysis.
B. Nothing within the review process waives:
a. Copyrights.
b. Trademarks.
c. Publicity rights.
d. Ownership protections.
8. REVIEW PROCESS
A. Submission review may include:
a. Technical quality review.
b. Metadata review.
c. Ownership review.
d. Branding review.
e. Content moderation review.
f. Platform compatibility review.
B. Rapture Clouds may:
a. Accept submissions.
b. Reject submissions.
c. Archive submissions.
d. Ignore submissions.
e. Remove submissions for any lawful reason.
C. No explanation is required for rejection decisions, submission does not guarantee anything.
9. NO CONFIDENTIALITY
A. Unless separately agreed in writing:
a. Submissions are not confidential.
b. Unsolicited ideas are not protected.
c. No fiduciary relationship is created.
B. Please do not submit confidential business plans or sensitive information.
10. LICENSE GRANTED TO RAPTURE CLOUDS
A. By submitting content, you grant Rapture Clouds a non-exclusive worldwide license to:
a. Review.
b. Stream.
c. Archive.
d. Display.
e. Edit.
f. Promote.
g. Rebroadcast.
h. Distribute submitted materials in connection with the Services.
B. Ownership remains with lawful rights holders unless otherwise agreed in writing. Visa vi the submission process and profile generation acknowledges Terms of Service Use Agreement and furthermore acceptance of this Artist Profile Submission Agreement.
11. NO GUARANTEE OF RELEASE OR PROMOTION
A. Submission does not guarantee:
a. Release.
b. Playlist placement.
c. Radio rotation.
d. Interviews.
e. Livestream placement.
f. Monetization.
g. Sponsorship.
h. Promotion.
i. Continued hosting.
B. Platform decisions remain discretionary.
12. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & SYNTHETIC MEDIA
A. Submitters must disclose where reasonably applicable whether submissions contain:
a. AI-generated vocals.
b. Synthetic voices.
c. Cloned voices.
d. Generative music.
e. AI-generated visuals.
f. Automated performances.
B. Submitters may not:
a. Impersonate real individuals.
b. Use unauthorized voice cloning.
c. Infringe publicity rights.
d. Misrepresent AI-generated works as human-authored where prohibited by law.
13. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
ANY AND ALL Participation in the submission system is entirely VOLUNTARY, IT IS YOUR INTENTION AND CHOICE TO PARTICIPATE.
A. By submitting materials, users acknowledge:
a. They voluntarily chose to participate.
b. They understand platform policies.
c. Continued interaction constitutes acceptance of applicable agreements.
14. IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
A. This Agreement contains:
a. Release of liability.
b. Hold harmless provisions.
c. Intellectual property representations.
d. Content authorization terms.
e. Arbitration clauses.
f. Legally binding obligations.
B. Please read carefully before submitting content or applying for a verified Rapture Clouds artist profile.
C. By submitting materials, applying for verification, participating in broadcasts, providing music, appearing in livestreams, using platform services, or otherwise participating in the Rapture Clouds ecosystem, you voluntarily agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not submit materials or participate.
15. PURPOSE OF VERIFICATION
A. The Rapture Clouds Artist Verification System (“Verification Program”) exists to:
a. Authenticate artist identity.
b. Reduce fraud and impersonation.
c. Improve platform integrity.
d. Support lawful broadcasting.
e. Improve metadata accuracy.
f. Assist with copyright review.
g. Establish trusted contributor profiles.
B. Verification is a discretionary platform designation only.
C. Verification does not:
a. Constitute endorsement.
b. Guarantee promotion.
c. Establish employment.
d. Create partnership rights.
e. Guarantee monetization or distribution.
16. VERIFIED ARTIST PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants seeking verification should provide sufficient information to reasonably establish:
a. Identity.
b. Authorship.
c. Ownership.
d. Lawful authority.
A. Artist Identity
a. Legal name or professional stage name.
b. Country or region.
c. Contact email.
d. Optional business entity information.
B. Public Verification Links
Applicants should provide at least two verifiable public references such as:
a. Spotify profile.
b. Apple Music profile.
c. YouTube channel.
d. SoundCloud profile.
e. Bandcamp page.
f. Mixcloud profile.
g. Official website.
h. Verified social media accounts.
i. Recognized DSP links.
These links assist in preventing:
j. Impersonation.
k. Metadata fraud.
l. Stolen submissions.
m. Copyright disputes.
C. Ownership & Rights Confirmation
Applicants represent and warrant that:
a. They own submitted material.
b. They possess lawful authority.
c. They possess necessary permissions from rights holders.
This includes:
d. Master rights.
e. Publishing rights.
f. Sample clearances.
g. Synchronization permissions.
h. Performance rights where applicable.
D. Media Submission Standards
Preferred submission formats include:
a. WAV.
b. FLAC.
c. AIFF.
d. High-quality MP3.
e. MP4.
f. Streaming links.
g. Approved media formats.
Metadata should include where available:
h. Track titles.
i. Featured artists.
j. Producer credits.
k. ISRC codes.
l. Songwriter information.
m. Release dates.
17. ARTIST PROFILE BENEFITS
A. Approved verified artists may receive:
a. Verified artist profile designation.
b. Playlist consideration.
c. Radio rotation review.
d. Livestream opportunities.
e. Archive/profile pages.
f. Artist features.
g. Interview opportunities.
h. Platform/community visibility.
B. Verification benefits may change or be revoked at any time.
18. NO GUARANTEE OF RELEASE OR PROMOTION
A. Verification does not guarantee:
a. Airplay.
b. Interviews.
c. Monetization.
d. Playlist inclusion.
e. Livestream placement.
f. Sponsorship.
g. Release distribution.
h. Continued hosting.
B. All platform decisions remain discretionary.
19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REPRESENTATIONS
A. Applicants represent and warrant that:
a. Submitted materials are lawful.
b. They possess necessary ownership or authorization.
c. Submissions do not infringe third-party rights.
d. Materials do not violate applicable law.
B. Applicants remain solely responsible for:
a. Samples.
b. Remixes.
c. Stems.
d. Publishing.
e. Licensing.
f. Synchronization rights.
g. Distribution authority.
20. LICENSE GRANTED TO RAPTURE CLOUDS
A. By submitting content, applicants grant Rapture Clouds, DLHERO LLC, ENTH3 LLC, and affiliated entities a non-exclusive worldwide license to:
a. Review.
b. Stream.
c. Archive.
d. Display.
e. Distribute.
f. Edit.
g. Rebroadcast.
h. Promote.
i. Monetize.
j. Otherwise use submitted materials in connection with the Services.
B. Ownership remains with lawful rights holders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
21. LIVESTREAM & MEDIA RELEASE
A. Applicants consent to:
a. Livestream recording.
b. Audio recording.
c. Video recording.
d. Editing.
e. Promotional usage.
f. Replay archives.
g. Media distribution.
B. Applicants grant perpetual rights to use:
a. Likeness.
b. Image.
c. Stage name.
d. Voice.
e. Performances.
f. Interviews.
g. Appearances for lawful promotional, archival, commercial, and entertainment purposes.
22. HOLD HARMLESS & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
A. To the maximum extent permitted by law, applicants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless:
a. Rapture Clouds.
b. DLHERO LLC.
c. ENTH3 LLC.
d. Affiliated entities.
e. Hosts.
f. DJs.
g. Employees.
h. Contractors.
i. Moderators.
j. Contributors.
k. Licensors.
l. Platform partners.
B. This release applies to any and all:
a. Claims.
b. Demands.
c. Liabilities.
d. Damages.
e. Disputes.
f. Copyright claims.
g. Licensing disputes.
h. Publicity claims.
i. Trademark claims.
j. Losses.
k. Legal fees.
l. Arbitration costs.
m. Expenses.
C. This includes matters arising from:
a. Submitted materials.
b. User conduct.
c. Participation in broadcasts.
d. Verification applications.
e. Violations of this Agreement.
D. Applicants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
23. CYBERSECURITY & PLATFORM PROTECTION
A. Applicants may not:
a. Scrape platform data.
b. Impersonate artists.
c. Submit malicious files.
d. Exploit vulnerabilities.
e. Use deceptive redirects.
f. Abuse APIs or webhooks.
g. Harvest metadata.
h. Perform unauthorized automation.
i. Engage in phishing.
j. Attempt unauthorized access.
B. Rapture Clouds reserves the right to:
a. Preserve logs.
b. Investigate incidents.
c. Cooperate with cybersecurity investigators.
d. Pursue civil or criminal remedies.
C. Unauthorized activity may violate:
a. Intellectual property laws.
b. Cybersecurity laws.
c. Computer fraud statutes.
d. Criminal laws.
24. FAIR USE & COMMENTARY DISCLAIMER
A. Certain platform broadcasts may involve:
a. Commentary.
b. Transformative analysis.
c. Educational discussion.
d. Satire.
e. Reviews.
f. Reactions.
g. Public-domain commentary.
B. Nothing within the platform waives:
a. Copyrights.
b. Trademarks.
c. Publicity rights.
d. Ownership protections.
25. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & SYNTHETIC MEDIA
A. Applicants must disclose where reasonably applicable whether submissions contain:
a. AI-generated vocals.
b. Synthetic voices.
c. Cloned voices.
d. Generative visuals.
e. AI-generated compositions.
B. Applicants may not:
a. Impersonate real persons.
b. Use unauthorized voice cloning.
c. Misrepresent AI-generated works.
26. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Verification Program and use of contact forms is entirely voluntary.
A. By participating, applicants acknowledge:
a. They voluntarily submitted materials.
b. They understand this Agreement.
c. Continued interaction constitutes ongoing acceptance of applicable platform agreements.
27. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
A. The Verification Program and Services are provided:
a. “As is.”
b. “With all faults.”
c. “As available.”
B. No guarantee is made regarding:
a. Approval.
b. Availability.
c. Monetization.
d. Security.
e. Promotion.
f. Uninterrupted access.
28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the Verification Program or Services shall not exceed the greater of:
A. One United States dollar ($1.00 USD).
B. The total amount paid by applicant to the Services during the preceding twelve (12) months.
C. Applicants waive claims for:
a. Indirect damages.
b. Consequential damages.
c. Lost profits.
d. Reputational harm.
e. Emotional distress.
f. Speculative damages.
29. BINDING ARBITRATION
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through confidential binding arbitration.
A. Applicants waive:
a. Jury trials.
b. Class actions.
c. Collective proceedings.
d. Representative claims.
B. Arbitration shall proceed under applicable federal and Wyoming law.
30. GOVERNING LAW
A. This Agreement shall be governed by:
a. Applicable federal law.
b. Laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
